Soccer
Soccer is the fastest growing sport in the United States and incredibly popular with students as major tournaments like the 2026 World Cup and 2024 Copa America, hosted by the U.S. are poised to grow the game further. Its low cost to entry makes it the most accessible sport for students of all backgrounds.
Flag Football
Football is one of the most popular sports in the U.S. But due to its physical nature it can be dangerous for young students. Flag football allows students to learn the basics of catching, running, and throwing in a totally safe environment.
Basketball
Basketball is a fan favorite among students thanks to its key teamwork aspect and allows students to develop important athletic skills like running, jumping, and coordination.
Cheerleading
Cheerleading isn't just fun, it's a great way for students to learn the importance of teamwork, friendship, and work ethic. Learning these fundamental skills early will give students a leg up as they continue their education and translate these skills into the classroom.
What We Do
Founded in 2022, Collegiate Skills has worked with 450+ students in over twenty schools across five states and is quickly expanding its presence across the country. We are firm believers in the power of sports to inspire students and build valuable life skills that can only be learned outside of the classroom. We aim to make sure that each student in our programs leaves with a positive impression of their sport, and the willingness to continue playing and developing it further. Founded by former Division 1 Soccer player Grady Kozak, he recognized the need for a higher level of coaching and professionalism in after school environments. The solution, utilizing the expertise and experience of current and former athletes that can continue sharing their passion and knowledge of the game with the next generation. Each program is planned in detail by experienced student athletes and coaches, with the purpose of creating a fun setting for students to gain an introduction to the game in a structured environment.
While putting together an after-school program certainly comes with administrative challenges, we make this process pain free for administrators and parent organization groups through the use of tech platforms that facilitate the registration, management, and paperwork involved with getting up and running. Through Homeroom software, we can handle all registration, scheduling, and sign ups through one simple to use link for parents. This means less time with the vast amount of paperwork that traditionally comes with after school activities. If you are looking to grow the after school offerings for your students in a professional way that places students and administrators at the forefront of decision making, send us a message today info@collegiateskills.com to discuss options for your school.
